Pamela Young, Broker Pamela began her career in Real Estate almost 20 years ago. She started the RE/MAX Omega Group because she wanted to open a company where she could work along side of other highly professional, ethical agents that shared the same philosophy and work ethic. Along the way, she has achieved many certificates, and obtained many different awards. Some of them include the 100% Club on numerous occasions, and the designations of ABR, CRB, CRP, CRS, GRI, and SRES. She enjoys working with RE/MAX because of the family oriented atmosphere she and her associates have created. Pamela states "we work hard together, and play hard together".

Richard Young, Broker Richard has been licensed to sell real estate since 1985 and has had a broker's license since 1997. Over his career, he has been awarded several Designations including: ABR, CRS, CRB, CRP, GRI, SRES, and ePRO. He says "RE/MAX was chosen because the most talented and committed real estate agents seem to migrate to RE/MAX. RE/MAX Agents and Offices seemed to be immensely successful, and we wanted to be part of a winning team too.  I learned that of all the Franchise Groups, RE/MAX returns more in services and additional business to the agents, than it costs for the investment to be part of the organization.
